"Andrew is an outstanding personal trainer! I worked with him for over a year with sessions 1-2 times a week to help increase my strength and physique. I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. 

Andrew was focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every training session challenging and fun. My strength increased noticeably – when we first started training I could hardly hold up my body weight during an isometric chin up hold. After 6 months or less, I could hold myself up for an extended amount of time! My core strength was noticeably stronger and my physique more trim and strong. 

Throughout our training together Andrew always ensured that my technique was correct so to avoid any injuries and get the most out of my training. He was extremely reliable and punctual and he always had training plans ready ahead of time. He even provided me with training plans for my off days so that I could keep up my training throughout the week. We would also change up the location of our training from indoor to outdoor which helped to keep things fresh and fun.    I highly recommend Andrew..."

Great strength training and rehab.

"I hurt my neck badly two years ago while surfing, and after surgery, had to get back into condition to get back into the water. I met Andrew through a friend that recommended that I talk to him about training. Andrew is very friendly, and his knowledge of body mechanics and how to workout to get exceptional results is unparalleled. After training with him over the summer for about 3 months, I was not only ready to surf, but also ready to go out and tackle the 20+ foot winter swells at Ocean Beach. Even after a multi-level hemi-laminectomy, my core strength and flexibility was even better than it had been in years passed (when I was healthy). I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to find a trainer that will drive you to the results you want."
